Nyungwe National Park is one of the oldest rainforests in Africa. The park is rich in biodiversity and picturesque. The park hosts numerous wildlife with a small population of chimpanzees. nIts also home to 12 other species of primate that including the L’Hoest’s monkey endemic to the Albertine Rift.
Some of the most memorable experiences at the park include nature walks to Isumo waterfall or along the Canopy Walk suspension bridge.
